How do I choose the right level?

Take our 3‑minute placement test on the home page. If you feel the pacing is too slow or too fast, you can switch levels anytime without losing progress.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes. After completing the required assessments and final tasks, you can download a certificate from your account dashboard.

Are live sessions included?

Some plans include live online practice. Check the course format in the catalog to see whether your plan includes weekly speaking sessions.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a refund within 14 days if you have not completed over 20% of the course. We process eligible refunds within 3–7 business days.

Can I study on mobile and continue on desktop?

Yes. Your progress syncs automatically when you’re signed in. We recommend enabling audio permissions on mobile for pronunciation tasks.

How quickly do you respond to questions?
